Online access to parts of the information contained within your medical records is now available. Our software supplier tells us that the ability for patients to view their medications, allergies and adverse reactions online is available.
If you are already signed up for online services (appointments or repeat prescriptions) you can use the same login details but you will need to let us know you wish to use this functionality so that we can enable it for you.
If you are not signed up, you will need to sign up in person at reception. To sign up please bring with you two forms of ID. One must be photographic and the other must be proof of your address. Please contact our Online Champion, Nikki, via reception for more information.
