Fees For Non-NHS Services
Patients need be aware when asking a doctor to complete a form that the doctor will complete the submitted form to the best of their abilities, taking into account of the information available. The doctor may sometimes reach a conclusion that you may disagree with. This would not lead to a refund of the fee which has to be paid for completion of the form.
Your GP cannot provide Fitness to Fly Forms

The services listed below are non NHS services and therefore a charge is applicable for this service. Payment must be made when the paperwork is collected. The surgery accepts cash or card payments. Please note private consultations for NHS patients at Balmoral Surgery are not included.
