The video will give a thorough explanation of the coil types, benefits and risks of the procedure. If you would like to proceed with a coil fitting after review of this information, please contact our Duty Receptionist at the surgery. The Duty Receptionist is available each morning and can be contacted by dialling the surgery number and pressing option 6.
When you attend for your appointment, please bring along a signed copy of the form which is available on the link above.
